Mount Vision Pictures is an independent Belgian production company established in 2015 by Katrien Vermeire (The Wave, Der Kreislauf, String Figures) and Frederik Carbon (Sunnyside, Like They Walk on the Moon).
Katrien Vermeire is a Belgian visual and audiovisual artist. Her photo series Godspeed was selected for FOAM Magazine Talent 2011. The Wave, a photo and film project co-directed with Sarah Vanagt, premiered at the 18th Biennale of Sydney in 2012 and was selected for international film festivals including Locarno, IDFA and IFFR. Her short film Der Kreislauf (A Handful) won the Kidseye Grand Prize at the 2014 Rhode-Island International Film Festival. In 2016, the M Museum in Leuven presented the 16mm short String Figures. From November 20 until March 9, String Figures will be projected continuously during the String Figures / Fadenspiele - A Research Exhibition at the Museum Tinguely in Basel, Switzerland.

Frederik Carbon is a Belgian filmmaker. His debut documentary feature Sunnyside (2017) premiered at the Filmer à Tout Prix festival in Brussels, and was selected for international film festivals such as Slamdance (documentary feature competition), DOK.fest München, États Généraux du Film Documentaire in Lussas (FR) and Bergamo Film Meeting (IT). Sunnyside was selected for the 2019 Les Magritte du Cinéma. Frederik's latest movie Like They Walk on the Moon, created together with the actor, musician and artist Wim Opbrouck, premieres at the Filmfestival Oostende (BE) in February 2025.
